The Ryder Lodge Hanoi – Terms & Conditions
1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-in time: 14:00
- Check-out time: Before 12:00 (noon) on the following day
Early Check-In:
- Before 08:00: 100% of room rate (includes breakfast)
- 08:00 – 12:00: 50% of room rate (excludes breakfast)
- Early check-in after 12:00 is subject to room availability
Late Check-Out:
- 12:00 – 18:00: 50% of room rate
- After 18:00: 100% of room rate
2. Children Policy
- Under 6 years old: 1 child free of charge when sharing a bed with parents (FOC). For 2 children, only 1 is free; the second child will be charged.
- 6 – 11 years old: Surcharge VND 150,000 per child per night when sharing a bed with parents.
- From 12 years old: Extra bed required, VND 500,000 per room per night.
3. Booking Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made via email to: [email protected]
Cancellations via phone will not be accepted.
Hotel Room Cancellation:

No Show:
- Bookings cancelled on the day of arrival, no-shows, or shortened stays are considered late cancellations and will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Amendments:
- Amendments can be requested via [email protected]
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be amended.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original credit card.
- Processing time: 12–15 weeks, depending on your bank’s policy.
4. Tour Cancellation Policy

5. Room Rates & Inclusions
Room rates include:
- 5% service charge & 8% VAT
- Daily breakfast (served on 1st floor, 07:30 – 10:00)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Complimentary tea, coffee, and 2 bottles of mineral water daily
6. Special Notes & Hotel Rules
- Guests must present a valid passport or ID upon check-in.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
- Prohibited: Bringing durian into the hotel (penalty: VND 1,000,000).
- Non-smoking property: Smoking inside the hotel will result in a penalty of VND 2,500,000 per incident.
- Safety deposit boxes are provided in rooms. The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables exceeding VND 1,000,000 if they are not kept in the safety box.
