Legal Policy

Payment Policy

• Pay by Mastercard or Visa: The bank service will cost an extra 3% of the transaction value. This additional fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of cancellation.
• Pay by wire transfer: This method incurs an extra fee from both the sending and receiving sides. Consult your bank for specific details and current exchange rates.
• A 5% service charge and 10% tax apply to all promotional rates.

Check-in/out Policy

• Check-in: From 2 PM
• Check out: By 12 PM
• Early check-in: Depending on room availability.

Late check-out policy

• Late check-out: Depending on room availability
• Check-out from 12 PM to 5 PM: An extra fee of 50% room rate, depending on room availability
• Check-out after 5 PM: A surcharge of 100% room rate

Late departures & early arrivals 

If you are going to arrive early in the morning and want to access your room immediately, a reservation the night before is recommended. For late check-outs, we recommend booking another night to maintain access until your departure. 

Note: Our hotel doesn’t apply any curfew. However, for security purposes, the hotel entrance will be closed from 1 AM to 5 AM. Our bellman and receptionist are available 24/7. Please inform us of any late arrival or early departure so we can best arrange it.  

Guarantee Policy

• A valid credit card is required when reserving;
• If you book with a credit card, you must show the same card when checking in;
• If we detect any fraudulent or illegal activities, we reserve the right to cancel your reservations without notice, regardless of full payment.

Children & Surcharge Policy

1. Standard and Maximum occupancy:

For Deluxe, Club Junior Suite, Junior Suite, Duplex Suite, and La Siesta Suite:

• Standard occupancy: 2 guests/room
• Maximum occupancy: 3 guests/room, with a compulsory surcharge for the third person

For Club Duplex Suite, Club Duplex Premier, and Family Suite:

• Standard occupancy: 4 guests/room
• Maximum occupancy: 5 guests/room, with a compulsory surcharge for the fifth person

For Executive & Superior room:

• Standard occupancy: 2 guests/room
• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child (under 6 years old)/room without extra bed
• Extra beds are not available for these room types

2. Children & Adult surcharge:

• Children under 5 years old, sharing their parent’s room without extra bedding: Free of charge (applied to 1 child)
• For each bedroom (except the Superior & Executive room), an extra bed is required for every additional person (either an adult or a child)
• 5-to-12-year-old children sharing their parent’s bed: 460,000 VND per night (breakfast included, applied to 1 child)
• Adults or children from 12 years old using additional bedding: 690,000 VND per night (breakfast included)
• Maximum occupancy: 1 guest/single bed (either child or adult)
• Infants under 2 years old using a baby cot: Free of charge (2 cots available)

Cancellation & Modification Policy

• Modifications/cancellations made 72 hours before your arrival: Free of charge.
• Modifications/cancellations made within 72 hours: A charge of the room rate and tax for the first night.
• No-show cases: A fee of 100% room rate and tax
• Long stay/early arrival/last minute/package rates are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Note: Owing to the required steps and checks between the banking institutions, processing the transaction and having the funds appear in your account may take about 21 to 30 business days. Kindly inform us at [email protected] once you have received the refunded amount.

Complaints or Comments

We prioritize our guest satisfaction. If you have any comments or complaints regarding your experience at our hotel, please report them to our duty manager during your stay so that we can resolve them promptly.

General information

While we strive to provide accurate information online, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions. We also retain the right to modify, update, add to, or withdraw any details or promotions displayed online at any time.

Except as stated in the following paragraph, we are not liable for any damage or loss arising under circumstances where:

• There has been no violation of any legal obligation owed to you by us, our staff, or representatives;
• The damage or loss was not a predictable outcome of any such breach;
• Any additional damage or loss arises due to your failure to comply with the terms of our agreement;
• Any loss exceeds three times the amount you paid for your accommodation.

The above terms and conditions do not exclude or limit our responsibility for personal injuries or deaths resulting from our negligence or fraud. 

The laws of Vietnam shall govern these terms, and any disputes related to them will fall under the jurisdiction of Vietnamese courts.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, the room rate covers a welcome drink, breakfast, and a snack set.

Can I check in before 2 PM or stay longer than 12 PM? How much do I have to pay?

Early check-ins or late check-outs are acceptable if the room is available, with a surcharge of at least 50% of the room rate.

Are children’s beds or extra beds available?

Additional bedding can be provided in designated rooms. Children’s beds are available with an extra fee of $25/day.

We offer made-to-order dishes. Please inform us 3 days prior to your arrival.

Is there a parking space at your hotel?

Our bellman will assist guests in going to the nearby parking lot. Guests are responsible for parking fees.

What is the cost of transfers?

$25 for one-way and $50 for two-way transfers. For other special cases, please reach out to our reservation center for a detailed price.

Do I have to pay for Internet access?

No, we offer free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel.

Can I book a tour at your hotel?

Are pets allowed in your hotel?

No, pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Is there an extra fee if I reschedule my stay at your hotel?

Is there any hospital near your hotel?

Yes, it’s just a few minutes’ drive from our hotel to nearby hospitals, like 103 Hospital, Ha Dong General Hospital, and Hanoi Medical University Hospital.

How are medical emergencies handled?

We will immediately take you to the nearest hospital or international clinic for a thorough examination and appropriate treatment, depending on your insurance.
